Customer Service = WIN

Suite was doing some pics and asked me to come shopping.. pfft, don’t have to ask me twice.. so I took the TP and landed at Blacklace. They had a few outfits advertised for the Blue/Black fair at the store. You could click “buy” and it would give you a note card and LM to their booth at the fair for the outfits for 0L. Great, except that there was an oopsie and if you clicked “pay” instead of “buy” it charged you the price of the outfit.

Luckily however, Gemini, one of the customer service representatives for BlackLace was online and available to assist. She came right over and fixed the kiosk for the outfit I purchased as well as checked the others to make sure this doesn’t happen again. She also had the outfit delivered directly to me (Yay for not having to fight the lag at the fair)

So basically, what I’m saying is, not only does BL provide stellar garments for you, but they  also provide so efficient and pleasant customer service. Gemini was a peach to work with!

So, I suppose you want to see what all the fuss was about huh? Well, I have to say, I adore this set. It’s VERY well done. No seams on the sides or anything, which is very important to a photographer, as it doesn’t limit poses because the garment is perfection right down to the prim bows and gems on the tops of the garters! There are multiple layer options as well, which is fantastic for those who wear tattoos etc… Overall, two daggers up!
