3 Outfits, 1 Day = EPIC WIN!

I know I know I know, I have been a slacker, a HUGE slacker, but with RL and my SL commitments, and having way too much damn fun, can ya blame me? *eyes her sisters to not say a word!*

Today I bring you 3 outfits of EPIC WIN!

#1 – WICKED GEAR http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Wicked%20Gear/131/183/22

Pictured here is a very elegant off the shoulder top called Fleur De Lis.   It is a wonderfully textured dark blue low cut, yet still classy top.  It also comes with optional cuffs (not pictured).  I have paired it with the NEW RELEASE Jeans also from WG  $195L Black Low Dress Jean.  The prim attachments are well built and detailed to make it look almost seamless as much as you can in SL *giggles*.  This outfit is great if you are looking for something well made, and something along the more casual line of dress on the grid.  WG has a lot of great product ranging from classy to down right scandalous, and as always, with a target for the discerning shopper who doesn't want to spend a ton of L’s to look good.Great Job guys, and thank you to Sophia for the heads up on some GREAT items ;)

#2 – DELIRIUM  http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Nightscape/130/87/22

Don’t get it twisted when you search for “Delirium” in your search bar.  This is the ORIGINAL place for the best URBAN Gear on the grid as far as I am concerned!  Pictured to the left is their outfit called “Epica”, it has quite a few options as Christel Morane usually gives to all her items.  This item was courtesy of a Group Challenge.  Splixxen Miles woke us all up with a question about one of their many ensembles and yours truly was the first one to answer correctly (who is not a member of DS Staff).  I was able to choose one outfit for my answer, and I chose “Epica” – shes cute, flirty, and damn makes your curves go POW.  Delirium is currently having a group discount sale on their SIM, so get your butts down there, join the group and have a blast, trust me, you will love it.

#3 PACADI JASHA - http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/GOL%205/109/83/22

Shop*Gasm Girls are huge fans of Pacadi Jasha’s  Lotta Shelman, so I was all over it when I received this pretty item to blog.  Just in time for summer, they have released a small summer themed line that you can pick up by visiting the GOLden Shopping district.  No they haven’t reopened their SIM sadly, but perhaps one day :)  This fun and romantic pink piece is called Alis, it also comes in a very dark green and a light blue (if I remember correctly).  The ripples of the fabric on the texturing just blew me away, its so well constructed, it made me squee!  I have been wearing this around the grid all morning!  No lie, I have pictures to prove it, I just hope my butt doesn't get banned.  Anyways, back to the lingerie.  *drools*  I LOVE the heart that PJ puts into their outfits and this is no different.  Quality items for a reasonable price, who couldn’t say know to breaking the “Don’t buy the fat pack, just cause” Rule.

So there ya have it folks.  Tons of options to be had this Monday morning, and THANK YOU to all those who gave me inspiration to blog once again.  More often than not I head to the feeds for some sort of kick start, but they have been so lacking the last few months, nothing has made my jaw drop quite like these.  So wherever you are, whatever you are doing, have a fabulous Monday!  ♥ Suite.

Pacadi Jasha – New Release Jan 10th, 2010

January 10th, marks the official release of Pacadi Jasha’s EUPHORIA Accessories Collection!  This designer makes some of the most stunning lingerie and fashion items that I have seen on the grid!  I was so lucky to see the wonderful at the Secret Fashion show some weeks ago, where this pairing was displayed on the runway :)  Pictured here is the Pacadi Jasha “Oona Bra & Panties #01”  accessorized boldly with the Mairey leather belt.  This photo simple does not do this set justice at all.  The lace work on the bra and panties alone are worth the purchase, in a nice light faded blue-purple it’s quite the accent to any skin tone.  Wearing it with the belt makes such a bold statement, however you can also wear it without if you should choose.  Both items are highly detailed and wonderfully textured.  I am quickly becoming a fan of PJ’s items, because of the quality that is released to the public, and the affordability of the items as a whole.  This is a MUST GET set for those looking to add a lil spice to the bed room *winks*

Here are some other Pacadi Jasha items that you might consider adding to your collection, I know  that I have quite a few of them, and have gifted out on occasion also.  Trust me when I say that once you wear Pacadi Jasha, you might not wanna wear anything else because it is just too beautiful to be covered under more clothing layers!

Other new released today include:  Niral Tube Scarf in 7 colours,  Yfke bags,  Ashanti, Dayia and the Paua Shell Earrings, and the 33 new poses in the EUPHORIA Building.

Invading The Red Carpet….

Today… December 20th, at 11am SLT ,  specially invited bloggers, were able to get a sneak peek at the PACADI Jasha pre-secret fashion show walkabout.  Shop*gasm, was honoured to be one of the special invitees :)
Kilo and I headed down just shortly after 11am where we were greeted by Lotta Shelman, she was very helpful and full of information for everyone who were tp-ing in to get the sneak peek.  The event designer, had spared no expense in her effort to create a groundbreaking event in SL.   Here are some things you might NOT know about the process of this event we were witness to today :)
“On November 30th PACADI Jasha already organized in-worlds' biggest open model casting. Over 100 models were live on stage and we picked our favourite models directly from the test runway. Between the 28th November and the 3rd December we received over 200 applications from models who wanted to be in the show. On the 4th December we chose 8 models to be live with us in the great show. We chose Lauren Bisiani, Imani Enzo, Leandra Breen, Catwoman Ember, Pumking Saenz, Haidyn Inglewood, Lills Liotta and Elaine Green. With these 8 models we created an international model group for probably SecondLife's most complex show. “

The show itself was very innovative with three-set changes, all very unique in theme.  We began with the “Lady Gaga”, followed by “Clockwork Love” and ending with “Highland Romance”.  All the models were beautiful, and accessorized just right.  The last time I looked at my map tool there were approx 50 people in the audience, so it would be most certainly called a success!  But with all good does come some constructive advice…. I have a fast computer, but I found that with the amount of people on the sim, and lag, many of the models took long to rez and by that time they had already whizzed by me.  The shots I did manage to get, were less than stellar.  The Models were too fast on the runway, and there were no introductions or descriptions about the pieces that were being shown.  However with that said, for the first of what will be MANY fashion shows, I can honestly say that PACADI Jasha will be pivotal in the SL fashion industry with their cutting edge designs and out of the box presentations :)  Congrats to you all :)

This blog is a project that was birthed out of three sisters and friends wanting to do something together that we could all enjoy and share.

The contributors of Shop*gasm are consumers. We like to shop. Correction...we LOVE to shop. For the most part, we blog our purchases. Maybe not every single one, but definitely something we find noteworthy.

On the off chance we're given items for review, we're thankful. But like other blog sites, we can not guarantee that your item will be blogged, nor will we guarantee that our review of items are always going to be favorable. What we will guarantee is an open and honest blog for you to read, with just enough moxie and personality to make you either hate it or love it. LOL

Hopefully you'll find the blog just as fun and awesome as we have in creating it :)
