Delirium – Opps Oh My >.<

UPDATE: 7pm EST, I logged into SL to find that Christel had passed me a FIXED layer.  Thank you so much Christel for a fast response.  I wish you all the best, and you showed me today why I am a fan of your creations.  Great Customer Service.   A++++++

As you all know I am a HUGE fan of Delirium clothing.  They have some of the best urban gear in world for both men and women.  CM and team just released their newest creation called  “Storm”.  While on the whole its an amazingly crafted piece (see photos), I am not so pleased at what it does to my skin.

The prim work is amazing!  I paired it up with the Apple Hair in Henna from Maitreya  $250L, and a nice pair of SoReal sneaks.
Now for the part that disappointed me, and yes I do realize I am being uber picky, but for those of us who spend a FORTUNE on skins and having a well put together avatar this was a let down.  FOR THE RECORD:  I will STILL continue to patronage Delirium cause I think their stuff is fantastic!  however as we all know, sometimes things like this happen.  With that said…..

In the first photo (which has not been touched up in Photoshop) you can clearly see that when the shirt layer is worn, there is a line across the lower half of my tummy.  The little box shows a close up.  Now I am not sure because something was not erased from the shirt template or not, either way, I thought I was losing my mind and was about to contact the maker of my skin when I had the thought… “What would happen if I took off my shirt?”.  So I did, and you can see in the second side, that the line is no longer there.  Obviously something amuck with this particular layer.  As I said before, its really not that big of a deal, but it IS noticeable.
Just a little notice by a blogger who takes pride in putting her best pixels forward ;)

3 Outfits, 1 Day = EPIC WIN!

I know I know I know, I have been a slacker, a HUGE slacker, but with RL and my SL commitments, and having way too much damn fun, can ya blame me? *eyes her sisters to not say a word!*

Today I bring you 3 outfits of EPIC WIN!

#1 – WICKED GEAR http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Wicked%20Gear/131/183/22

Pictured here is a very elegant off the shoulder top called Fleur De Lis.   It is a wonderfully textured dark blue low cut, yet still classy top.  It also comes with optional cuffs (not pictured).  I have paired it with the NEW RELEASE Jeans also from WG  $195L Black Low Dress Jean.  The prim attachments are well built and detailed to make it look almost seamless as much as you can in SL *giggles*.  This outfit is great if you are looking for something well made, and something along the more casual line of dress on the grid.  WG has a lot of great product ranging from classy to down right scandalous, and as always, with a target for the discerning shopper who doesn't want to spend a ton of L’s to look good.Great Job guys, and thank you to Sophia for the heads up on some GREAT items ;)

#2 – DELIRIUM  http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Nightscape/130/87/22

Don’t get it twisted when you search for “Delirium” in your search bar.  This is the ORIGINAL place for the best URBAN Gear on the grid as far as I am concerned!  Pictured to the left is their outfit called “Epica”, it has quite a few options as Christel Morane usually gives to all her items.  This item was courtesy of a Group Challenge.  Splixxen Miles woke us all up with a question about one of their many ensembles and yours truly was the first one to answer correctly (who is not a member of DS Staff).  I was able to choose one outfit for my answer, and I chose “Epica” – shes cute, flirty, and damn makes your curves go POW.  Delirium is currently having a group discount sale on their SIM, so get your butts down there, join the group and have a blast, trust me, you will love it.

#3 PACADI JASHA - http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/GOL%205/109/83/22

Shop*Gasm Girls are huge fans of Pacadi Jasha’s  Lotta Shelman, so I was all over it when I received this pretty item to blog.  Just in time for summer, they have released a small summer themed line that you can pick up by visiting the GOLden Shopping district.  No they haven’t reopened their SIM sadly, but perhaps one day :)  This fun and romantic pink piece is called Alis, it also comes in a very dark green and a light blue (if I remember correctly).  The ripples of the fabric on the texturing just blew me away, its so well constructed, it made me squee!  I have been wearing this around the grid all morning!  No lie, I have pictures to prove it, I just hope my butt doesn't get banned.  Anyways, back to the lingerie.  *drools*  I LOVE the heart that PJ puts into their outfits and this is no different.  Quality items for a reasonable price, who couldn’t say know to breaking the “Don’t buy the fat pack, just cause” Rule.

So there ya have it folks.  Tons of options to be had this Monday morning, and THANK YOU to all those who gave me inspiration to blog once again.  More often than not I head to the feeds for some sort of kick start, but they have been so lacking the last few months, nothing has made my jaw drop quite like these.  So wherever you are, whatever you are doing, have a fabulous Monday!  ♥ Suite.

Demon Neko On The Prowl

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Delirium!  As you can tell, I wear it often, if not ever day.  Last week was no exception when I passed by to see what Christel Morane had come out with next.  Yes I know, bad baaaad blogger not being in the group (but I had no spaces left, SL you silly group join preventer!)  I digress.  I am now in the group again, happily as I missed being there.   Oh yeah!  Sorry got a wee bit off topic again :p

Delirium has an amazing SIM with some great stores on site.  Which is why I am showcasing the latest collaboration that D.S. has come out with.

Feeling Wild is a joint venture of Delirium, with Sil’ly.  The outfit is Neko through and through and comes with the tail, ears, bands, and collar (which does NOT give you the option to turn of the bell noise, which is my only complaint).   Low cut V to the neck is great if you have ample cleavage, and the rest of the outfit is very form fitting.  Sil’ly has provided the skin for this outfit, which is sold seperatly.  The details are AMAZING!   I have not seen a good demon neko skin in a long while, and this one takes the cake.  Comes in I believe 5 colour options as well.

If you are looking for an exotic look for under $1000L this is your match *rawr*

Happy Shopping,

Puttin’ A New Flava In Your Ear…

So remember this one time that I was telling you all about how I generally find it extremely hard to find GOOD QUALITY urban wear on the grid?  We’ll if I didn’t – I just did *laughs*.  Any who…  To get on to my quest.  I have been CRAVING some really great hip hop clothing for a long time now, tired of wearing the same 6-7 outfits that I have managed to put together myself from pieces of a lot of different makers and styles to make it my own.  Today – I’m lazy!

Last night at my other love on the grid – being a hostess for a dance club, I noticed a few of our patrons coming in with these really stellar urban clothes.  I tell no lies when I say, I was in my sisters ear saying – Kilo OMG we have to go check this store out when I am done here, ok ok ok ok! – Yeah, I am a bit hyper, but what can ya do :p
After checking out a couple things (read: MAJOR profile perving – Yes I am one of “those” people), I find out that C. Morane is NOW Delirium!  I made note of the location and tucked it away safely in my landmarks folder.  Now I would have done this post last night but I was so tired, so you get it today….

There are a few things that I like about the store on a whole.  First of all, the awesome folks at Delirium have a box just outside the female part of the store that is FREE.  This contains the holy grail of most creator’s creations – THE HAIR!  Yes my darlings, in this tiny little FREE box contains ALL the landmarks to the places where the hair has be purchased to complete certain looks.  You will see upon entering the store that each vendor picture clearly notes – Hair From blah blah blah, so then you can refer to the lil box for the LM’s and you are set.  I didn’t see if they listed the actual styles on the vendor cards, but at least it points you in the right direction.
Oh lord, this post is turning into epic-ness of mass proportions.  However, I digress.  Delirium – Splash! is a wonderfully crafted AFFORDABLE ($350L) FULL outfit.  What do you get?  Well….  You get pants, with all the baggy attachments, you get the hoodie, you get the bra top, you get the SHOES, and the sleeves too.  Fully complete.  Wear with or without the hoodie, its up to you, either way it’s hella cute and I love it.  Delirium is my official first place to go if I am in the mood for Urban wear!
